A member of our team will respond within two school days. If this is an emergency, contact emergency services in your area. For mental or behavioral health crisis situations, you can call or chat with a trained 988 healthcare professional.

What to expect after you submit a consultation request: If you are in one of the counties shown in blue on the map, expect to receive a phone call from our team within two school days. If you are in one of the gray counties, expect to receive an email follow-up from our team within two school days.

Enroll in MO-CPAP Schools: To receive our full range of services, enroll your school in our no-cost program. Review a sample copy of our memorandum of understanding (MOU), and request an official version by emailing mocpapschools@missouri.edu.

MO-CPAP Schools Consultation Team

The MO-CPAP Schools team is specially trained in behavioral health and will consult with a child and adolescent psychiatrist as needed. This program is a peer model. Our team includes:

  • School counselor 
  • School nurse clinician 
  • Clinical social worker 
  • School behavior consultant
  • Community outreach coordinator 
  • Child and adolescent psychiatrist 
  • Program administration staff
